Well, just a quick update:
I started a new job, moved to SF, and now I am looking to move again. Sadly my roommate and I have very different expectations, so I am scrambling to find a place by the ennd of the month. I am sad that it has come to this, but for both our sakes I think it best if I moved on.
Bummer. I really need some massages.
