Twilight

I really like it when the day is about to end and the city's night life starts to assert itself. The most striking sensation for me is seeing street lights come on and the blend of blue and orange makes the streets appear to be in the wrong place in time.

The depressing feeling of watching the sunset
from a moving car out in the country is not present in this picture. This moment in time reminds me that the day need not end yet, or at least, it tells me that sunset does not mean an end of something.
